At Gary’s Cycles we have a professionally trained bicycle mechanics who will be able to look at your bicycle, assess any problems straight away and ensure all your questions are answered. Our mechanics treat every bicycle as if it was their own so our attention to detail is second to none. After consultation with your mechanic, you will be advised of which of the many service levels to avail of catering from commuter to competitive racer.

Please note: we operate a booking system due to the demand of repairs we have on a weekly basis, you will need to call our service department and book your bike in for service.
E-Bike Policy:
For safety reasons we will only carry out repair work (electrical or mechanical) on electric bicycles from the following manufacturers:
-Bosch (Trek, Scott etc.)
-Shimano
Service staff reserve the right to refuse any E-Bike deemed unsafe to ride or that has evidently been tampered with (Speedbox etc.).
Bike should be reasonably clean, keys must be provided to staff upon drop off and the battery must be easily removable from the bicycle.

- Light True and Tension Wheels
- Check & Torque bolts
- Lubricate Chain
- Light wipe down of frame & General inspection of bike
- Seat post removed, cleaned & Refitted & Torqued

For Hybrid, MTB, City & Aluminium Road Bikes)

The Service that the roadie and mountain biker needs that will make their bike feel like new. Includes the following:
- Includes Level 1 Service as well as:
- True & Tension wheels
- Adjust Hubs
- Service Bottom Bracket
- Full Frame Clean
- Full Degrease Drivetrain (If chain and cassette isn’t changed)
- Di2 Software, SRAM etc update is electronic gearing.
(Recommend every 6 months)
For Full Sus, Hardtail, & Carbon Road Bikes

The entire bike stripped, cleaned, lubed and tuned to perfection. Every bolt, every bearing, every part. We'll start by stripping your bike to the bare frame for a deposit clean and inspection, then we'll re-lube inner surfaces and rebuild it. If it's been a while, or if you have put serious miles in all-conditions, this one's for you.
- Includes Level 1 & 2 Service as well as:
- Full strip & re-build
- Removal of all components for cleaning de-greasing and lubrication of all moving parts
- Re installation of all components
- Di2 software update if needed.

Please Note: as per our safety policy if a part on your bike is a serious safety concern like brakes, tyres etc and we cannot contact you over the phone our mechanics will put the necessary parts on the bike to make it road worthy. We try our best at all times to call customers to make them aware, but unfortunately there is times when this is not possible.
